The Popularity Papers is about two girls with one mission: to become popular. Lydia Goldblatt and Julie Graham-Chang will do anything to become popular. They try everything the popular girls do, but it isn’t working out right. What are they going to do before disaster strikes?
I really liked Julie. Every time I read about her, she always sounded like my type of person. She likes drawing and writing, just like me! I will always remember all the funny parts. This book is filled with them! They are everyday jokes that any girl would say. For example, Lydia’s mom is always giving Lydia tips for beauty like “Sometimes you have to suffer for beauty!”
I would recommend this book to anyone who likes funny things about two everyday girls who want to be popular. And I would recommend this book for ages 8-12 because it is a book about girls that age trying to be popular so it would be fun to read a book that is about someone like you!
